Andrew Howe, president of Cranewoods Development LLC, is ready to tackle his third stalled development project in the Cincinnati region.

Howe, who’s become known as a “project fixer” in the last few years, purchased the stalled Gatewood Garden development in Columbia Township in December for $500,000. What was originally planned as a 19-townhome development with three- and four-story buildings will become a $12 million, 16-townhome Arts and Crafts neighborhood with two-story buildings….
